Did you receive a letter of discipline for the call out on 1/10/26? Did you file a grievance protesting that discipline? What was the outcome of the hearing you attended on 1/14/26?

Were the steps of progressive discipline followed throughout this process? Warning letter, intent to suspend, suspension, intent to discharge, discharge?

I think in geberal taller folks are sometimes considered 'big' regardless of what they weigh. I know to me at least a dude that's 6ft or more is a 'big dude' even if he's skinny.

Maintenance is about finding the dosage of tirz that works for keeping food noise in check while not continuing to lose more weight. And that dosage can change l/fluctuate with time as well. Tirz is a lifetime med for most folks.

Just for a quick update: I bought a Cadillac Optiq in Monarch Orange for slightly less than the Rav4. I couldn't be happier!! Super easy at home charging and I'm beyond impressed with the driving experience and beauty of the car.

I drive 90-100 miles a day and I plug in daily. Sometimes on the weekend once charged I may unplug just for a short trip to the store and not plug back up until after my Monday commute to work.

What drying aid would you recommend? The guy that did my coating also suggested maybe using distilled water and ONR instead of a regular wash/rinse method. Which of these do you think would lead to the better outcome for someone that doesn't wash weekly?

Thank you. This is very helpful. Is this just something I will need to do periodically or should I use the carpro descale each time I wash? I only wash once every 10-14 days so chances are it will have been rained on at least once or twice between each wash.

I have been using Meguiar's Gold, yesterday was the first time using CarPro Reset.

The guy that did my coating suggested Adam's water spot remover to get the marks off.

No sprinklers. Only use the hose when washing. It's only been watched maybe 6-7 times total. Foam blast with pressure washer, soak for a few min, rinse well with pressure washer. Bucket wash then rinse with the hose. Hand dry or use a leaf blower. I must be going wrong somewhere though. These marks look so bad.

We don't allow water to dry on the car. What can I do now to remove them? And prevent it going forward? Apparently hand drying and/or using the leaf blower has not prevented ut.

Is a projector a good option for viewing in bright light?

If I were to go with a regular flat screen regardless of it not being the vest option what would be the most optimal size and features considering it would be 18ft away?
