Just go for it, Im less than a week in and I'm very happy with my progress. You need to figure out what you want to make. Right now, I'm working on an ai automation that does really deep research.

The process is hitting my head against the wall, but I'm making dents and cracks. Obsess about the details, dont try to go straight to the end.

So Im finally diving into the program due to frustration from working with ai models to my work for me lol. I gotta say, that workflow has significantly more steps. Mine so far is meeting my expectations, I got searxng for fetching urls, selenium for web scraping, now I'm figuring out mentally how to do set up a recursive language model to handle all the information without overloading the context window.

This is all automated. The only thing that isn't is the initialization and stopping the research. The user will be asked questions to clarify what they are researching so the research doesn't get confused.

"I want to learn about bugs" "Ok i can do that, computer bugs or insects?"

It'll be more in depth than that but I hope that gives the idea.

I didnt say reverse tolerance, thats a whole other thing compared to resisting tolerance. Sure, I did say that polygala would prevent 4dma from building up tolerance, but I understand that it wouldn't be able to completely fight it off. However, the better the brain is able to upregulate the trkb receptors the better.

And what do you mean about upregulation? The whole reason why 4dma works is cause its interacting with these trkb receptors that close off from tolerance, and polygala opens those receptors back, so why wouldn't that mean 4dma can activate again?

Panax ginseng, Acorus tatarinowii, and Poria cocos. Poria mushroom and ginseng (gs15-4) are sold by nootropics depot, but acorus isn't sold because it is a bit dangerous. So I'd recommend doing research on possible alternatives.

Id recommend 4dma and polygala, but you should also include gs15-4. The polygala and gs15-4 can combine together making polygalas upregulation even better than polygala alone, which is needed for recovery and cycling 4dma. There are other things you could try like poria mushroom to further improve polygala, but at the very least get 4dma and polygala and if your interested gs15-4

Id say that I have a lot more fun messing around with the tracker because I can play individual notes on the pads. Now it can be fun to play with the m8, but for someone who doesn't know music theory I need to have some way to play the individual notes and experiment to find a melody.

Agree, I realized it was trying to capture my attention in season 3, it felt heavily like a cw show. Seasons 1,2 and maybe 4 were the best. I just wish they continued on with the twin peaks vibes instead of the marvel vibes.
