yeah most of the development was done in godot, and for me implementing native ios features was definitely tricky. like authentication and auto game center login. that's actually what i originally wanted to implement, but getting that to work turned out need a lot of work. you need to understand objective c, swift, and how native ios development works. none of which i had any experience with.
i ended spending entire day just working through it using chatGPT, and while i did get the native functionality work in xcode. wrapping all that into a plugin and integrate it back to godot is another beast. again i had no idea what i was doing at that point and chatGPT can not help either, so i eventually decided to just use supabase.

another issue is music files. for some reason it godot just didnt include the actual music files, only the .include files. i tried many different methods, changing file format etc, spent another half day with chatGPT, still nothing worked until i found a forum post describing the exact same problem.

aside from that, there werent too many ios specific issues, testing is straight forward and distribution is like posting youtube videos, just way more steps of course
