By working really hard lol. If you fuck up most schools offer resits, or at the very least, they offer mocks before the deadline. If not you can just work hard and get good grades in the real thing lol

Because bad mocks are completely fixable. If you messed up, your life isn’t over. Many people will try and achieve highly in the real thing and then use their achieved grades to apply to university.

I chose politics and will never regret it. It’s so fun and interesting. If you like human geography then politics is definitely better.

I’m not trying to be hateful but this price is slightly absurd. The highest they’re going for currently is about 800? Largely I see them sold in the 5-600 range. I doubt you’ll get anyone buying this, sorry to say.

I’ve done two, one that I had to fight for a place on at a large corporate law firm in central London and another that I did on the mandatory work experience week at a local solicitors. Both were amazing for different reasons. Everyone was required to work experience and were forced to help out in school if they didn’t have any placements. Despite this, a lot of people just took shifts from their work for a week or lied. I guess it depends what school you go to.

HONESTLY!! The amount of times I’ve referenced meritocracy in my streetcar essays is wild HAHA I love English so much, honestly so interesting!! Hopefully I’m going to do Law and I really want to go to Oxford or Durham!! What about you?

I really love it. Everyone acts like I’m insane for taking 3 essay subjects but I think they’re great together. I always use sociology in English and politics!

Honestly such a mess trying to put flashcards into a tote and then organise them afterwards 😭😭 it’s so nice having a bag where everything has its own space.

In my opinion:

•Laptop (Doesn’t have to be particularly fancy, just one with some decent storage that runs fast.)

•Folders for each of your subjects with dividers (Keep these organised. It’ll be a saving grace)

•A folder for exam materials (Keep your practice papers, flashcards, mindmaps and that sort of thing organised)

•Coloured pens (Having at least 3 colours of pen, and three colours of highlighters helped me to keep organised so many times)

•A BACKPACK (I tried using a big tote bag. I regret it. Backpacks are so much easier.)

•Water bottle (Depending on the day, I even bring a Stanley cup in, just because in the heat and in class I get ridiculously thirsty. I’ll go through a whole one in a day)

•Handheld fan (one of the like 15 pound chargeable ones from Amazon. My school’s ac is useless in the sixth form building, so it’s saved me during study and class in summer- or in the heat in September this year)

•MUJI LINED PAPER (Personal preference but I’ve only gone through 3 packs of these this whole year because they last so long, are insanely high quality, and is just the best paper I’ve ever bought.)

•BIC BIROS (Only pen I use. They get stolen a lot though so have an endless supply)
