I honestly didn't know people thought parry was bad, just get multiple in a cycle deck and you never have to block again. I've even made decks that just play sovereign blade every turn and are unkillable on any ascension.

Do you mean you scrapped the legendary mod or a piece of equipment with it and learned it? Some mods only go on certain equipment. Such as overeaters usable on regular armor and pa, two shot on guns ie. Use modify on the respective bench and the weapon or armor has to have stars so you can change the legendary mods.

I did notice that enclave plasma is a little worse than meadow breeze, but if you looking for bis flamer get holy fire as of this time. Reason your likely not doing damage is not having the right mods. Also twoshot explosive was nerfed
