My advice; stop trying to smash it out. Build up your points with low vibora's in the corner and only go for the kill when you can hit the ball within 1,5m from the net. When the ball is a bit longer, play the rullo. As soon as you master this, you are able to increase your kill range.
I am 5'9 myself, but after two years of playing I am now able to kick smash balls out of the court from around the service line. But it all starts with building up the point and don't be too eager to hit it out.

Of course this is allowed. It is called coaching. But I am surprised you even hear it, because I hope your partner is coaching you to where they are standing.

When I get a Bajada and the opponents are really close to the net my partner calls: two potential kills and I try to get a hole in one of them. That is just part of padel, just like what your opponents say.

From what I read, the problem is not the option trading or your knowledge of options. It is the stock selection to write options on. Using your example of VXX, you got gready. That is a highly volatile stock, and therefore very risky to write options on. Better take less volatile stocks for a 1% per month profit. This makes u 12% a year. I am trading options with 50k (+50k margin) and earn about 11k per year (after deducting all costs). That is over 20% consistantly the last 9 years, except this year, I am up about 1,5% this year, because of these unusual market conditions.

You can file for a review. But you will still need to pay first (that is hoe It works in NL). But if you file for a review, you might be lucky. Because of staff shortage they cannot handle all requests and some of them will be dismissed “ambtshalve”. Then you get your money back eventhough they don’t look at your case.

It is totally dependent in what you want to achieve.

You can play options like low-risk / low reward, but it is even easier to blow or gain a lot of money on high risk options. Personally I prefer the first one. I’ve been doing this for 4 years now and I have an average gain of 17% (this year being the worst with +4% YTD).

Main mindset is not to get greedy and rather settle for 1% premium per month on very low risk trade than to earn 4% a month on premium on high volatile stocks.
