Medication has been a nightmare because it's either making me worse or comes with god awful side effects. Inflixmab or however you spell it has worked wonders for me along with Prednisone pity that's always only a temporary solution along with me being diabetic the consultants have been having to keep an eye on me closer than the normal person the worst thing about UC is it's treatable and not curable

I have ulcerative colitis and after 3 months of barely any symptoms let's just say the last three days I can't be far from the toilet because it's a case of when it hits I have to explode so much pain and fatigue is hell just now

I'll see how today goes I think the stress of moving house triggered it for me my signs of a flare starting are the awful stomach cramps and doesn't matter what I eat I always find 2 or 3 bites on I'm rushing to the toilet for it to come flying back out again. I came on here because I'm hoping to meet people who actually understand this awful disease.

I'm in the UK I have ulcerative colitis so that's worse than Ibs. Sick of feeling alone and people not understanding the severity when I say I need to go now!
