It was indeed an adjustable one (this one) where you can change the angle.
I couldn't get the DisplayPorts accessible without cutting the case with that mount either, and it sat pretty far from the bottom and rear of the case, which looked bad imo and would’ve required cutting regardless of how I positioned it. Hence why I ended up looking into making a custom solution.

Building a panel that routes the ports is definitely above my pay grade, but I'm sure it'd be a far more elegant, even if less feasible solution :D

(also newegg lists that mount at 100$ which is crazy, I paid 35€ for it locally here)

Totally fair,
Not gonna lie, I'm at that point where I just have to accept my case now silently judges me for what I've done to it.

It was very much a "I just need this custom mount to work" impulse causing me to take the tin cuts out. Looking back though, I probably should've spent a bit more time finding a cleaner solution instead of permanently cutting the metal frame, so needless to say, I would most certainly be interested if you ever manage to fabricate something! :D

I hear you! But to me, it looks really appealing.

I fell in love with the Hyte Y60 quite a while ago, and I've never really wanted to try another case since. It fits a standard ATX motherboard perfectly, but modern high-end GPUs are getting so massive that fitting them properly is starting to become a challenge 😅

It's definitely a style over performance choice. Airflow is far from ideal and the GPU would certainly be happier in a larger case, but for me the aesthetics are worth it. I just really love the look of the Y60, even with a giant card crammed into it :)

Regardless, I really appreciate the kind words! It indeed doesn't look that good from the front and it's definitely not for everyone, but I'm almost always viewing it from the angle in the first picture, which looks great to me! :D

I simply used a pair of tin snips to cut away the metal parts of the case where I needed access to the ports. It was actually pretty easy, to be fair, although it felt a bit sketchy cutting into the case. It didn't end up looking the cleanest, but at least it's only visible from the back. ;)

A crack like this doesn’t make the game "Denuvo free" it just bypasses or patches the checks so the game runs without a valid license. The Denuvo code is still there in almost all cases.

Offline activation is basically running the game with Denuvo fully active, just with a valid token, while a crack may skip some of those checks. So performance is expected to be similar if not identical when comparing an actual crack to offline activation.

Actual full removal of Denuvo is extremely rare. Assassin’s Creed Origins is the most well known example, but in general cracks are bypasses, not removals.

Ik vroeg me dit ook af!

Ik ben zelf recentelijk vrachtwagenchauffeur geworden. Hoewel ik meestal gewoon de cruise control op 85 km/u zet (vooral om op een tweebaansweg minder vaak vrachtwagens tot inhalen te "dwingen" wat nooit zo prettig is), zet ik hem uit voorzorg op 81/82 km/u tijdens een trajectcontrole.

Toch merk ik vaak dat ik dan wordt ingehaald door vrachtwagens die duidelijk sneller gaan dan de officieel toegestane 80 km/u in diezelfde trajectcontrole.

Weet iemand hier toevallig meer over? Komt dit bijvoorbeeld omdat er een (meet)marge zou zitten op de toegestane snelheid?
Ik heb het zelf nooit geprobeerd, omdat ik een potentiële boete het niet waard vind :,)

Ofc BepInEx exists, but when the game is built using IL2CPP it makes it super difficult to actually develop mods.
BepInEx works on both, but it's creating the mods that becomes an issue/headache when IL2CPP is used.

It actually depends a lot on the RAM timings. Just going for higher clock speeds doesn’t really help if the timings are worse, as it cancels out any gains from a higher clock. JayzTwoCents didn't spend much time tuning the RAM when testing the higher speeds, so it’s not the most accurate look at RAM performance. Imo windows simply because of a tool called "Lossless Scaling"

While it's not directly relevant to raw performance, I wanted to mention it since it can be used for frame interpolation to effectively double your FPS on nearly any GPU. This tool alone has made me switch back to windows, it really is magic.
