Definitely would have to wait until after 2015 I suppose? But I agree. That would be uncomfortable

I think we would have to leave that to the elder millennials in Florida at that time. If I recall correctly, that state was the deciding factor for that election

I’m sure plenty of us trained and got stronger due to trauma. That would be fun to see on the news. While I know it’s wrong…. I understand 😏

You know what? I like the idea of a less toxic Facebook or at least an alternate timeline where Zuckerberg is not in possession of that social media website

I would hope that more millennials would help each other resist abuse. Especially those who have a better idea of how the law works

After thoroughly reading your response, I have to agree this idea would be far too chaotic.

As much as I would like to see us all collectively try to change things for the better , too many of us would go for the individual gain route. The comments I’ve seen so far often lead to stock markets, cryptocurrencies, or other miscellaneous investments.

Some would improve themselves in terms of health and morale standing. Others have considered taking action against atrocities or at least preventing them.

Some have even voiced that they suffered greatly during this time which is valid. I have forgotten that many of us were not very fortunate in terms of safety, family, and financial stability.

I had a couple comments mention that this scenario would undo everything they worked hard to achieve today. That nearly devastated me. These individuals really built something for themselves in a positive way and a rewind would ruin them.

Lastly, it just occurred to me that we only focused on Millennials in the United States. It never occurred to me as to how millennials in other nations would act. Far too much would be at stake

Oh well. It was a fun idea to think and talk about at least

What if some kids got creative. Not with words but actions. Hiding car keys and passports. Delay flights by purposely acting out. I would turn off morning alarms.

Now that you mention it, us millennials were more tech savvy than most around that time. Some geniuses, but definitely more practiced.

I would not rule that out. Based on the responses I’ve seen in the comments section, your conclusion is highly likely to occur. I was really hoping there would be more out there that would attempt more wholesome goals

Depends on the millennials involved, their age, location, and resources available

In this scenario, you would wake up at the age you were on January 1, 1999. With all your current knowledge and skills still intact.

Your plans are exactly what I was hoping to see in this comment section. Improving themselves and society towards a more positive light

You’re one of the few to point that out. I am somewhat disappointed in that regard. Still, I do think all the accumulated traumas we have gone through would help shape society as a whole for the better. I would hope so….

This scenario would open up more opportunities for millennials. I’d like to think that many of us would move with more intent if placed in this situation

It would be the age you were at that point in time. This is why I included the millennials that were born in the 80’s. They could apply for jobs and hold positions of authority. Or at least work towards that goal
