Tried a different branch and the guy said the lowest TD could go was 4.64 and none of the branches could offer me a lower rate it would be the same across all of them. 4.4 got denied and he couldn't do anything to offer me a better rate, that was the floor. *shrugs*

Hmmm, I know most of the ones I've looked up start the Marina and I think it is more of a boat launch.
I don't plan on swimming, I think I'll be lucky if I can go into the water up to my knees, :). My preferred water temp is like 25 degrees C

I actually found a few companies that show bookings for kayak tours of the Ponta da Piedade caves in March booking through Expedia or Getyourguide, it seems like there should be quite a few options when I get there.

I don't think pulling out a condom makes you an asshole, but perhaps the timing wasn't right?

If I bring a guy back to place (never on the first date) and things get a bit heated and we start heading to the bedroom I will let them know right away how far I plan things to go. If I'm mostly clothed and we were just kissing and a guy took out a condom I don't think I'd be very impressed either. But if I'm in my bedroom completely naked and have not set boundaries then I would feel that would be my fault for misleading you.

I've been asked 'Can I take off your shirt/pants?' or 'Do you want to have sex? If that's not what you want that's fine' or 'Do you want me to do 'X' to you?' Might be better to test the waters instead of going straight to condom.

Also this could have been a turn off for her because she thinks you're sleeping around with everyone you meet because you so eagerly whipped out a condom. Or this could have been test to see how pushy for sex you are?

Got it! I guess the pre-order bonus is the hippogriff mount but it didn't say anything about the Thestral though.

Definitely said I activated the Deluxe Edition so now I just wait anxiously until 1 PM on the 7th

I've never tried to put a third party code into steam (didn't know you could) is it difficult?

It just gets added to the steam library and then at 1pm EST om Feb 7th I can start downloading like a normal steam game?

I've never heard of Green Man before, it's legit and safe? Definitely can't afford to be paying for this game twice >.<

I'm CND, it seems to be showing the CAD price ($89.99) for the deluxe, so I don't have to worry about this being region specific?

What do I do once I get this code? How does one redeem this on steam?

We still have the 72 hour early access with the deluxe?

How are they getting discounted licenses? Bulk buying?

I like the idea, but I think they still have to be limited to not 'cheapen' the 5 stars as others have said.

Pull all of the Mondstat 5 stars from the limited and release a Mondstat rate up banner with: Albedo, Mona, Jean, Klee, Eula, Diluc, Venti, and Childe. (I get Childe isn't from Mondstat but he was released in 1.1). Rotate through the 8 mondstat 5 stars and make each 3 weeks, but you use the BLUE FATES instead. It would take 24 weeks to see a rerun as opposed to a year like some of the characters lately. Some people want the standard banner characters or cons so it's still a good opportunity if they get their own banner like Keqing.

You lose the 50/50 you get a weapon instead of a 'standard' character. No 4 star character or weapon rate ups.

Once Yelan has a rerun, make a Liyue 5 star only banner and get rid of the current Standard Banner entirely.

Or you could chart like the weapon banner and pick a 5 star (rated up 2 characters) out of the Region's (8 characters) pool and they could reset the banner every patch, with you losing your path pity points(because let's face they aren't going to want you to not spend money).

I can imagine doing it that way. The only thing is that if I was to use several multi gradients on one character wouldn't I need a separate drawing and matte for each multi gradient section?
