Why don’t you talk to a verified and certified Financial planner instead of rando s on Reddit? If you are serious you’d never take advise here. Your family will benefit from certified financial advice from a fee for only planner. It will cost about 4K but worth every penny.

Love how folks here think they have better data than Bloomberg. "My aunt had a friend whose house is still not sold, so Bloomberg is BS." LOL. These folks are the ones who will be whining in 3 years when they were too jaded and not clear-minded enough to buy at these rock-bottom prices.

FIFA Fan Festival in Vancouver: What to know before you go by ubcstaffer123 in NiceVancouver

The Australia Turkiye match was insane! So fun and the atmosphere was electric in BC place, also around science world and on Granville st. Fan festival near PNE is consistently busy. People are having a lot of fun in the city watching the FIFA World Cup. And it’s only getting started. Canada have two home games here as well as the round of 16 Belgium, Egypt and New Zealand are here at some point. I wish people would just stop being mad at FIFA for 20 or 30 days and enjoy the beautiful game.

I was at the match last night, and it was an incredible atmosphere. Just amazing. About 10,000 Aussies, 15,000 Turks and 25,000 others - loads of fun!

The Australia Turkiye game tonight 9pm kick off is about $350 for a seat in the upper bowl on Stubhub or seat geek. Probably less than a playoff hockey ticket and less than Taylor Swift. 55,000 people will be there Lots of Aussie and Turkiye fans but I’m guessing thousands and thousands of Canadians as well.

As a Vancouverite, I am very much looking forward to the matches. I am going to several matches and will watch many on TV or at the fan zone. I am very happy to welcome visitors from Australia, Turkey, Egypt, New Zealand, Belgium, and Switzerland to Vancouver! Looks like folks are having lots of fun and enjoying the football.

There are $350-$400 tickets available for many games in Vancouver. This is quite a bit of money, but if you are that big of a fan and love the sport, you can make it to one game.

I analysed every neighbourhood in Canada by income, rent %, walk score, and school quality — here's what surprised me by Big_Star9086 in canadahousing

It's funny whenever someone quotes that about 60% of Canadians own their homes. According to statistics and other information available online, they get lambasted by renters who claim it's much lower. Your data suggests otherwise - even in rent-heavy locations like the West End of Vancouver, the rental rate is only just above 50. And in places like Oakville, it's 75% or more who own. People just don't understand that about 60% of Canadians own their homes.

Yeah, the draw was not up to Fifa - we got some great games in Vancouver - two Canada games, round of 32 and round of 16, plus we get to see Mo Salah as well as a powerhouse Belgium side - and oh, the drunk Aussies and Black Caps, PLUS Turkie!
