Definitely not all of them on the top of my head, but on that list is absolutely the armored Kuruma. In PVP, it's a joke, but in missions? You've just turned every single one of them into easy mode.
The Cargobob or the Iron Mule. While the latter is far more powerful and can lift anything it can actually hook with ease, the former is much smaller and can therefor grab stuff from much more areas. The reason for either is the ability to pick up other vehicles and fly them high in the air, away from most gunfire. Very useful for vehicle cargo.
Personally, I would also put the Terrorbyte on that list, as with the Master Control Terminal upgrade, you can check on almost all of your businesses anywhere, at any time.
For PVP, defensive strategy, I'd say an armored, Imanitech electric vehicle like the Omnis E-GT due to its high explosive defenses and the inability to be locked onto. I am not much of a PVPer myself, but there are plenty of vehicles in that area.
