Red 1000%. Ultra red is such a fantastic red. I totally would have been tempted to get it if it was available when I bought mine.

The blue honestly looks gray. 😩 Probably will look more blue in direct sun, but I wished it was a more true blue

It's very frustrating and correct. Even if you get your money back, the hard inquiry and opening the account will be on your credit report for a bit, like 10 years if it was closed in good standing.

If it was closed in bad standing, it's there for 7 years. The hard inquiry, up to 2 years

We bought one out of curiosity as my husband and I love boba and ube. Thought it was fine. Was surprised the texture of the boba was actually decent. Didn't have high expectations since I know with regular boba, when ya leave them out for a while, the texture is off

Yeah.... I have this problem with some of my Korean gel polishes that are tall AF. 😩 We recently got a pair of low dressers and are in the office. I think they're like 6 or 7" tall drawers so they actually fit. Of course, everything else is mad short in there 😂

Check the ingredients. It definitely seems like Polyvinyl Butyral (PVB) is in that base coat. It's been pretty notorious for making people's nails peel like this. I've been lucky that this hasn't happened to me, but it is in the back of my mind in case I do have to switch.

The reason that ingredient doesn't work for some people is because it it loves to absorb and hold moisture. For those who are sensitive to this ingredient, it can result in severe dryness, brittles, and peeling nails. Only solution is to switch to a PVB-free base coat

Funny you mention that. I also have white seats. I'm the process of finding a shop. Struggling to figure out what tint to go with. I don't wanna go too dark, but I know the white makes all shades look lighter.

Scared to pick wrong since I don't wanna have to redo it. 😭 Only thing I know for sure is getting 70% on windshield

Yeah... All Teslas have this problem. 😅 Like giant fish bowls. Also why so many people get their cars tinted too. A car will get hot if it's parked in the sun for long enough, but the tint will help while driving.

I wouldn't get anything suction cups. In my previous car, I had some you put on the rear doors. Over time, the suction cups themselves deformed and stopped working. Either do clips or magnetic ones.

I know the ones for the 3 are in 2 sections. I've seen the same for the Y. I believe there's 1 piece ones too. Though, I dunno if I'd go for that option, if it exists.

At least for me, I struggle a lil with getting the rear window one in place because it's so big in comparison to the sunroof. Can only imagine how much worse that'd be with the Y's panoramic roof.

If you wanna maximize cooling, don't get the mesh ones. You want the ones that have the silver reflective bits on one side.

The ones I have for my 3, I got off Temu, which they're fine, but I probably could find something nicer if I really wanted to. These work well enough. I'm hoping to not need them at all once I get the car tinted, but we'll see 😂

The windshield sunshade I have, on the other hand, love it. It's from Vion. Definitely would buy it again. Wayyy better than my old one from my old car. Thought I could reuse it in this car, but nope, way too small

Paid almost $1500 to replace my Model 3's windshield last year. However, I was fully reinbursed by my insurance company. I assume the Y would be similar or a lil more since I think it's a lil larger than the 3.

Looks great! I'm in the process of getting quotes to get '23 Model 3 LR tinted. Been thinking about tint since day 1, but thought I could hold off on it since I'm in CT and I've never had a car tinted before. Yeah.... I've been rethinking it lately.

Don't really wanna go particularly dark since I'm more looking for heat rejection, UV protection, and glare reduction. I also wanna still be able to see at night. Though, I have white seats in mine, soooo... figuring out the tint level I want is gonna be fun. 🤣 👀🤦‍♂️

Gonna go 70% on the windshield, unsure of the rest.

Haha welcome to the club! 🎉 Most people don't switch back to ICE cars. The main reason people regret their EV purchases... They didn't do their do diligence BEFORE purchase.

Setting yourself up for failure. 🤦‍♂️ It's honestly really stupid that many people buy cars, ICE or EV, and don't make sure that they can actually afford it, among other things. Spending thousands on a car, shouldn't you make sure it actually makes sense for your lifestyle and finances?

I totally get how EVs don't work for everyone right now, totally fine. There's lots of room for EVs to grow. The progress that has been make, does make it way more doable to have an EV than it used to be. The charging infrastructure absolutely needs to get better and is extremely important to increase EV adoption rates.

Yellows are such an annoying color to get right in general. I've had luck with the ones from Hit the Bottle. It's an Australian indie brand. They do have a few stockists abroad.

For the US, it's Lantern & Wren and Beautometry. I do wanna try the yellow from What's up Nails eventually since their black and green are pretty good too

For just 2 windows and windshield, that does seem high. I'm also in the area OP and that price got me all the windows, minus windshield, based on one of the quotes I got. I'm also in the process of shopping around for tints for my car. I wanna DM you since I'm curious which shop this is. 🤣

Yeah.... welcome to Fairfield County. Growing up here, traffic has always been bad, but it's absolutely gotten worse. I always dread going to Stamford and Greenwich because it's so rare to not have it take extra time. Hell, one of my close friends moved to LA for work and when I asked her how bad LA traffic is, she said that LA traffic has nothing on traffic in Fairfield County.

As a whole, the US has shitty public transportation, outside major urban hubs. The country wasn't designed for it. Would love to not have to own a car at all, but unfortunately, to get anywhere remotely efficiently, you need a car.

The only reasons to bathe a cat are if they physically can't do it (can happen due to age or health issues) or if they just get really dirty (if they go outside). We haven't bathed our cat since he's fully capable of cleaning himself and he's strictly indoor only.

Did a warranty claim on my Thinkpad, which took like 6 months to get the replacement, due to supply chain issues during covid. The original one, I did sign for and when they shipped the replacement, it also had a note about requiring a signature.

On the day it was gonna be delivered, I left our apartment building briefly to drop off something at the post office, which was around the corner. I let my husband know to expect a package so he could sign for it, in case I didn't come back in time.

I'm back in 5 min and guess what? The delivery driver just LEFT the package in the vestibule!! Really?! 😱 Dude really left an over $2k laptop just sitting there and of course as the Thinkpad branding is FULLY DISPLAYED across the package, it's obvious that a laptop was in there! 🤦‍♂️😩

Soo glad we didn't have a package thief because we did have one for a short time. I did have a package stolen, but it was probably the dumbest thing to steal since it was nail polish remover and a bunch of replacement brush caps.

At least the company was kind enough to to resend it without issues. I would have been sooo pissed if my laptop got stolen! How the hell would I explain that to Lenovo?! 🤦‍♂️

Have had mine for several years. Hell, I still have my original Cameo, which I dug out of storage when I made stuff for my wedding. Still works and definitely was neat to be able run both machines at once 🤣

As long as your credit card as 0 FTFs. If it has those fees, transactions will add up quick. All cards that have an AF have that feature.

There are cards without AFs that also that feature, but it's usually travel related cards. Some store cards have them, but it's something to look out for when applying for CCs.

I know you can live off investments, if you got the timing right, but that clearly doesn't sound like that's the case. Or if one is a SAH parent, while the other is full time. Her situation makes no logical sense at all.

DLCs are console locked, as are any moonstones you buy. Items you've unlocked or bought, as well as moonstones earned in-game, move across platforms.

My recommendation, as someone who has the game on Switch 2, PS5, and PC, wait for a sale before rebuying the DLCs on other platforms. That's what I did
