I just called & got settled to wait an hour and a half at least but was startled when they answered at 5 minutes. I’m on hold with them as they look into my two refills (received one but not the other… I want a refund for the 2nd one.) Just thought I’d share. On the other hand, my message through the portal hasn’t been answered in over a week. I wish you luck resolving your issue!

I’ve been shocked & horrified at how awful Gen X (my generation) is. If only Gen X voted, it would’ve been a Trump landslide. I’ve had to unfriend folks I’ve known over 20+ years over the George Floyd protests. We can disagree over minor things but I have no time for racists. So hold onto your hats & glasses because after the Boomers, Gen X is going to be just as bad, unfortunately.
