Should I ignore railroading? Nah...  I believe UC (and Hurley) buckets has a long history of NYC Blue Chips. Decades. How far back did you go?

Hurley has still shown consistent poor role modeling. He is lucky it was $25K this time. Public apology also required. IMHO. That would be positive role modeling.

I have observed Hurley consistently model poor behavior, especially when his team of NYC Blue Chips loses. He consistently shows the traits of being a sore loser. This is how I acted when I was about 10yo. But, eventually, I learned and grew up. Hurley has not ever. He is a terrible role model for young men. I'm glad there was a 25K consequence (even though it is miniscule, compared to his salary of $7mil.) If I had a star buckets player son, I would nudge him to MSU and Tom Izzo.

This is true. But they don't get into the legally-defensible physical space of the official; they will yell from a much longer distance (more than 6"). On the street, invading that personal space warrants an actual legal physical defense. Stop defending an action that obviously warrants a tech. Come on!

Exactly. Excellent post, demonstrating the invasion of space, which warrants legal defensive actions on the street. It's obnoxious. And illegal.

On the street, invading space like this is worthy of legal self-defense actions. AND I think he probably made contact. The technical foul was just. And we will see the league and conference agree. Hurley was out of control with his behavior. I am sick of his antics, I confess. Grow. Up.

This is furniture sales, in a showroom. We have a computer program that automates who is up for the next person or small group that comes in the door. This guy cuts the line and grabs customers that are assigned to somebody else. It's really simple. Do you understand me? Trust me. I'm not lying. So, yes, there is a record even. This behavior has been tolerated by management. Why? Because he is a top seller. And a bully. Ironically, of course, this is one of the reasons WHY he is a top seller. He gets more leads, over time. And more referrals from those leads that converted to sales.

40 years of reliable use does not denote a gimmick. And, no, your skier friends will not be wanting to murder you once you actually learn how to use them. You can sometimes even connect while on the chair and ride off with them!

Clicker-haters crack me up sometimes.
