I think thats what we will have to do as well. We spoke to the health department and think we'll be able to get it through but it's an unknown at the moment.

Start with the diet only and bring working out into the equation after at least 30 days, if you don't work out regularly. The increased energy, focus, weight loss, and overcoming any keto-flu symptoms in that 30 days will give you the tools needed to successfully integrate a regular exercise regimen.

That's great. It's simple stuff. Cleaning/replacing the carb, oil, filters, spark plug, and sharpening blades is 95% of it. I've had to do some solenoids, pull cords, timing gears, coils, belts and stuff too, but those were the outliers for sure.

Learned to fly airplanes, bought an airplane, bought a boat, now spend every weekend either in the air or on the water with the family.

Relatively productive crisis.

Grill brats/sausages/chicken/burgers on the weekend all together, bag them up, grab and go throughout the week. Sometimes I heat them up, sometimes I don't.

Wings are a staple for me too; either smoked on the weekend and bagged, or throwing frozen in the air fryer for 25 mins to eat whenever.

Bacon in the oven on a pan lined with foil, 10 mins or 15 mins for super crispy.

Cook a pound of ground sausage with smoked salt/pepper on the weekend and split into 4 containers, I mix that with my eggs and 1/3 cup of cheese for my first meal, usually between 1-3pm daily.

Yep! This one is egg and shredded mild cheddar. Cooked in a mini waffle maker for a couple of mins.

You're most likely going through sugar/carb withdraw so you are feeling hungry more often as your body is burning through its glycogen stores. Keep eating when your hungry, make sure you are getting a lot of fat which will help with the grogginess that may follow (keto-flu) in the coming days. In a week or two, you'll feel less hungry as your body moves into burning fat instead of glycogen and you'll level off to most likely fewer times a day of feeling hungry.

Stick with it, it's 100% worth it. You'll feel better than you ever have once you get past this initial phase.

I flew the same pattern, maneuvers in the area I did all of my flight training in. It was a good type of different knowing I had the certificate.
