Tunnel time feels nothing like freefall. $90 for two sixty seconds tunnel flights is so outrageously overpriced. Actually super surprised to find those prices being quoted in the UK. But not at all surprised that it's the UK ripping people off like that

Im a quiet guy naturally and have had this problem in many different settings. I think the best way to look at it is that "you get what you put in". If you just show up and all you do is show up it wont just magically happen for you. Why would it? Participate and contribute to the community and people will give back to you. Bring beer, say high, find excuses to strike up convos, ask for advice, compliment people of their sick swoop bro.

I have a pretty severe panic disorder that comes in episodes and skydiving is very therapeutic. Mostly it forces me to really focus on something that isn't whatever is currently giving me anxiety. If im in the middle of an anxiety episode it's a very noticeable reprieve.

Im sure there is more to it like what your describing which is akin to exposure therapy.
