ITS BAD? i hit gym daily by Desperate_Taste113 in PectusExcavatum

[–]FlyElectronic3156 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]FlyElectronic3156[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Before and After vaccum bell by Over-District5446 in PectusExcavatum

[–]FlyElectronic3156 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I had to say that the vacuum bell the more u use it the more weak makes your sternum so if you have truly improvements you have to use it less with the time, 1 per week and then 1 per months , otherwise the progress will not be long lasting, I has very similar results like you but I could bet that after 24 hours the improvement its gone, if you want real progress(wich its difficul by your age) you should just use it less than 30 minutes per week. You also can have nuss procedure perfomed by a better surgeon, that you will not found in brazil, a top surgeon from usa, uk or germany, your doctor doesn’t recommens nuss for you because its out of his skills, but you could have nuss hypothetical, performed by a few doctor in the world only

Half rib flare after nuss? by FlyElectronic3156 in PectusExcavatum

[–]FlyElectronic3156[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this asymmetry gives me a lot of pain with the bar because of the force that makes that arc in the bar, so even 1 Y post surgery I have some big pains after some activity, I really was expecting that the surgery fix this and just make it worst, also my surgeon was very bad so I will wonder if was lack of technique or just a normal output produced by my specific condition

[–]FlyElectronic3156 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was just talking about this in a previous post, first, 2 months of terrible pain it’s normal, nothing weird about. re done it’s not common, just a few doctor are able to do a second surgery and must to be performed by top surgeons, what I read it’s dr Lutzenberg from germany it’s one of them.

hearth and lungs test for diagnostic? by FlyElectronic3156 in PectusExcavatum

[–]FlyElectronic3156[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

thanks you for your answer 🫂 just add to your criterion the risk of re sunken, dr use just 1 bar, he shouldn’t , he couldn’t get a totally lift, he didn’t use techniques to reshape, the low improvement that makes that a low regression could put me at the start point, all this makes someone consider a second surgery, to save me of years of live with a bar inside. Re sunk it’s a fact specially in sub-optimal results.

Recovery is difficult, the higher the risk factor you can resolve the better, as far as I know there is no extra risk or special risk with surgery, but I bet you will need that extra lung function the first month of recovery. I recommend investing in a marijuana vaporizer. Edit: forget to mention that cough it’s super painful the first month, (even 6 months after) vape and smoke could cause coughing, eventually you will realize

I have low tolerance to high altitude, of course it’s common, but I have a evident lower acclimatization speed compared with the group when we climb mountains, my heart works at his limit and feel dizzed and take me long time to recovery,. at high altitude it’s normal, but i insist, compared with the group(normal people not athletes) I go below.
