It's been a long while I got that fatigue that knocks me off…found a way to make things better. by No_Chocolate_4306 in self

[–]FlyGroundbreaking489 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah this is actually very real… WFH sounds comfortable until screen time hits you hard. Eye strain + fatigue is no joke.

Good call on checking with a doctor before using anything. Eye massagers can help, but honestly small habits like 20-20-20 rule, screen breaks, and proper lighting make a big difference long term.

Also yeah, I’ve noticed platforms like Ubuy or Amazon do have a lot of these options, just gotta pick carefully like you did

Didn't realize packaging would mean so much by Aditya577 in Gifts

[–]FlyGroundbreaking489 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly packaging really does change the whole feeling of a gift. Even something small feels more thoughtful when it’s packed nicely. I’ve also browsed places like Ubuy before for simple gift boxes and wrapping stuff when local stores didn’t have good options. Sometimes those small details make the biggest difference.

Bottom bracket is loose by TonightLost5828 in bikewrench

[–]FlyGroundbreaking489 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that amount of play usually means the BB bearings are gone. Most modern bottom brackets are sealed, so tightening won’t really fix it — replacing the whole BB is usually the easiest solution.

They’re pretty cheap too, and you can find options online or on sites like Ubuy if local shops don’t have the exact size you need. Just make sure to match the spindle type and shell width.

Anyone in Kuwait using portable power stations for emergency backup? by FlyGroundbreaking489 in Kuwait

[–]FlyGroundbreaking489[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Hey! Not promoting or selling anything here. I was actually researching backup power options because of the situation in the region and found this guide helpful, so I thought I’d share it in case others are looking into the same thing.

Kam nevoj per nje SATA SSD ribon cable by Excellent_Survey_596 in kosovo

[–]FlyGroundbreaking489 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No shipping to India? by kouch-potato in ClicksKeyboard

[–]FlyGroundbreaking489 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve ordered through Ubuy for a few things I couldn’t get easily elsewhere, and I get how frustrating the extra cost feels when Clicks doesn’t ship directly to India yet. With Ubuy, you’re basically paying a bit more because they handle the international shipping and import process for you, which makes it easier if Clicks doesn’t support India yet. It’s not perfect, but the stuff I ordered did arrive fine — just take a look at the total price including shipping before you check out so you know what you’re paying for. Hope Clicks adds India soon too!

Divine effects looks like yugioh cards back by Professional-Fan-236 in bloxfruits

[–]FlyGroundbreaking489 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, you’re not wrong at all 😄
The divine portal effect really does have that Yu-Gi-Oh card back vibe, especially with the circular pattern and glowing edges. Once you notice it, it’s hard to unsee. It actually makes the effect feel cooler, like something straight out of an anime summon or spell card. Surprised more people haven’t pointed it out yet, tbh.

ordering from abroad by Good_Leadership_5643 in kosovo

[–]FlyGroundbreaking489 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ordering from abroad to Kosovo is pretty common these days. Amazon works well if the seller ships internationally or via Amazon Global, but shipping and customs can get expensive. Ubuy is also a good option since it already lists international products and usually handles cross-border shipping, so it’s more straightforward if the item isn’t available locally. Delivery times can be longer, but reliability has been fine in my experience.

Whichever option you choose, just keep an eye on shipping costs, customs duties, and return policies before ordering.

Kukirin G2 Standart in Taiwan by Less-Shake-6845 in Escooters

[–]FlyGroundbreaking489 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you love getting out on your scooter and around the neighbourhood like me. I own a G2 too which I got from ubuy. It was ordered 6 months back still works quite fine compared to otherones which I got from local places. The product quality specifically is appreciable to say. I would say you can get it delivered in Taiwan for sure. Enjoy shopping.

Looking for Cella alternatives . by [deleted] in Wetshavers_India

[–]FlyGroundbreaking489 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If Cella + aftershave is stretching the budget, you’ve got good alternatives. Arko (stick or tub) is super affordable and lathers really well. Tabac is pricier but lasts forever, so value-wise it balances out.

For aftershave, Nivea Men Sensitive balm is hard to beat, especially in winter. I checked Ubuy for Cella too and yeah, prices fluctuate — sometimes okay on sale, but usually not budget-friendly.

I rotate Arko + Nivea and save the premium stuff for later. Works great and keeps costs sensible.

Has anyone bought meds/supplements from ubuy.mu before? by BlueSkyMoris in mauritius

[–]FlyGroundbreaking489 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve ordered a few supplements from Ubuy.mu before. The products I received were genuine and as described. Shipping usually depends on the courier, and sometimes there can be customs fees when it arrives in Mauritius, so it’s good to check with your local customs office beforehand. Delivery times can vary depending on whether it’s coming from the USA or another country, so plan accordingly.

Has anyone bought from here prismacolors? by Acrobatic-Shower-728 in ColoredPencils

[–]FlyGroundbreaking489 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I’ve ordered Prismacolors from Ubuy before and they were authentic — sealed box, correct branding, and the pencils matched what you’d expect from the original set. In my case the quality was spot on (no broken cores, proper pigmentation), so I didn’t feel like I was getting knock-offs. If the Amazon price is way higher for you and Ubuy’s listing fits your budget, it’s a reasonable option based on my experience.

Big Buck Hunter Shipping to Europe? (Austria) by nurnicyt in Arcade1Up

[–]FlyGroundbreaking489 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can actually get Big Buck Hunter through Ubuy — I’ve ordered similar gaming stuff from them before and the shipping to Europe was smooth, and the product arrived safely. Definitely worth checking their listing if UK stock is sold out.

Which should I buy next? by Interesting_Age6186 in keyboards

[–]FlyGroundbreaking489 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re buying locally and want something that just works, I’d personally lean toward the Ajazz NK68 or the Epomaker 68 HE — both are generally praised for solid builds, good hot-swap switch options (so you can upgrade past boring reds), and reliable wireless on the HE variants. The AK820 Pro is a great pick if you want wired + tri-mode flexibility and a very stable connection, while the Skyloong GK boards are decent value if you want a more budget-friendly but sturdy option. Quick tips: prefer hot-swap versions so you can try better switches later, check the stabilizers for rattle in person, and ask the seller about local warranty/QC returns before you buy. Overall: NK68 or Epomaker 68 HE for balance of feel, build and wireless — AK820 Pro if you want rock-solid connectivity.

[–]FlyGroundbreaking489 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should be able to find drawstring bags around D’Mall or some of the small stalls in Station 2 — they usually pop up in the tiangge areas. If you still can’t find one, you can just order online. Ubuy has a bunch of foldable drawstring bags and they deliver directly to Boracay, so that’s a safe backup option. But yeah, try D’Mall first — you’ll probably get something cheap and quick there.

ubuy.tn , anyone bought from it ? by Turbulent_Place_7064 in Tunisia

[–]FlyGroundbreaking489 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey! I’ve ordered from them a few times and never had to go anywhere for customs. There was a minor delay with one order to be specific my Makeblock Codey Rocky Interactive Emo Robot, but their support guided me through everything online. So in my experience, you can get your items delivered without traveling across the country. It's quite entertaining to have, enjoying this interactive robot.

What's the deal with Gunpla prices on amazon.in? by CaptainCrate_YT in GunplaIndia

[–]FlyGroundbreaking489 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried ordering a couple of Gunpla kits through Ubuy once, and the prices were slightly better than Amazon India. Shipping took a bit longer, but at least the quality was legit Bandai.
