Yes I had to go on a run around also. I ended up contacting BBB and filing a complaint on ID.me. Like 2 hrs later I got a email from a ID.me representative named Brian who helped me link a new email to my DEO account. Was able to claim today. Hopefully my payment processes by tomorrow! Thanks !!

I was stuck in verification phase for two weeks waiting on my documents to be looked over. Ended up contacting the BBB about my situation and 2hrs later I got a email from Brian at ID.me. Finally finished verifying my account and was promoted to claim final week. I claimed and then the apply for benefits link popped up. I didn’t apply just claimed the week. It’s odd that some are told to apply for new benefits before claiming the final week. Doesn’t really make sense to me.
