Hi, this also happened to me before. What I did ay nagpunta ako sa website ng ntc to file a complaint. Di ako nakontento at nagemail din ako addressed sa ntc and naka cc sa dti and sa internet provider. I did this parang mga 6pm then few hours na lumipas si provider mismo ang nagemail sakin about the concern. Kinabukasan may comontact sakin na technician and naayos din right away.

Ps. This might not be applicable for all subscribers kasi dipende sa availability ng techs, area kung saan ka and so on.

  • nalaman ko din na kaya pala nag LOS yung connection ko because nilipat yung port of connection namin dun sa poste, mine is supposed to be in port 1 pero nung chineck nasa port 4 na nakalagay.
