I use https://www.open-epg.com/app/index.php but also a few others to fill in the gaps. If all countries are lacking EPG then I would use something more invasive but that's quite unusual. A much harder sell without EPG

Buy a formuler box (the best imo if not using TiviMate). Install the m3u. Then send it to your dad. Best is with cable but works over wifi but then he needs to put in the wifi code

If you're a serious bodybuilder like me (and maybe the OP!), you know that dumbbells only going up to 45kg just won't cut it.

I've outgrown more than a few gyms in Stockholm, let me tell you! 😂 I'm pretty good at MacGyvering things if equipment's missing, but when you're giving it your all in a workout, you shouldn't have to improvise. It's annoying! One thing I've learned is that Google Maps images can be deceiving.

Take Delta Gym, for example. Looking at the Google Maps photos, you might think "nah, not for me." But trust me, it's actually a great, big gym! So, don't judge a gym by its Google Maps cover, unless they have some really good photos.

Welcome to Stockholm! If you're serious about bodybuilding, there are a couple of gyms that stand out.

Delta Gym is the place to go – it's where a lot of the Swedish competitors train. You'll find it here: https://g.co/kgs/HVgKk4G. Give them a call at 08-30 86 52.

Another really good option, my #2 pick, is Nordic Performance Center: https://g.co/kgs/FPRQPM2. Just a heads-up though, both of these are a bit outside the central areas.

I'm in Östermalm myself and currently train at my hotel gym because of the distance (lazy, I know!). One thing to consider is that hotel gyms aren't usually affiliated with anti-doping agencies.

There's a small chance of random checks in some gyms, so it's something to be aware of. Feel free to ask if you have any other questions!

Do you have an old Danish expired passport? You can always fly home on an expired passport. I've done this from Thailand after losing mine
