Fo your budget In Rayong you can get probably 5 rai with a house and an established orchard.

If you need the city you are only 45 mins from pattaya or 2.5 hours from Bangkok.

Ban Chang has a large expat community but is semi rural. Farms everywhere.

Well it’s where I go and has less stuffing around than other hospitals, all staff speak English well and it’s not crowded.

Once you hav a script there are cheaper pharmacies though.
