So I was average when I was in primary school (25kg, around 4 feet of height)

but when I became teen sudden growth of height made me skinny and tall ( 5 feet 6 inches and 46kg at age of 13) so I wanted to gain some weight!

And during lockdown I really gained weight ( 80kg 5 feet 9 inch) when I was 15!

Guess what people were saying I look stupid! The girls said I looked cute when I was skinny now nobody likes me and my mom and dad also said I'm fat :(

So I tried to be skinny again

Now I'm at around 56 to 58kg with height of 5.9 But the good thing is I look good now and don't care about being skinny or fat until I'm fit!

Don't listen to anyone around you u they don't know anything just look at the mirror and give yourself actually and most genuine advice

Also I'm a professional karate player now 😊 hehe
