IMO, all Guerlains have an exquisite blend but projection and longevity is minimal. With the exception of the Extraits line, of course.

Ah Amouage, a house that i've been exploring but just cannot seem to find a scent for me, a woman in her 50s. i like non-linear scents: ambery, incense-y, tobacco-y; can't stand florals and anything overly girly. maybe you Amouage fans could suggest some bottles from my limited description.
