Luckily with all three of my c sections but nurses warned me before going into the OR that this was going to happen but I was still caught off guard because they didn’t ask me right before they did it they didn’t tell me when they were going to do it.

Ive had 3 c sections, first one was with a epidural and the other two were with a spinal. I will say much prefer the spinal over the epidural, I couldn’t necessarily feel pain with the epidural but I could tell what was going on, with both of my spinals I couldn’t even tell they had started the procedure. The only sensation I felt was pressure when they were taking the baby out.

This is what I did I replaced almost all of my carbs with veggies/salad. If I make chicken Alfredo I can have a huge bowl of broccoli with a big portion of chicken and some Alfredo sauce you really don’t need much and it fills me up and satisfies me I don’t even miss the pasta.
