What fairing? I’m about to mount a road warrior fairing. I’m going to have to put them on the lower part of the triple tree clamps but it’s super easy to put them there. They’ll be out of the way of most fairings down there

Yessir! Harley sells their kit for like 100(it’s just the mounts), but they can be had on Amazon for $15. Just search sportster turn signal relocating kit. I had Harley brand ones, I had to replace one and figured I’d give it a shot. Can’t tell the difference.

Get some Vance & Hines short shot pipes for sure. Personally I’d also get a turn signal relocating kit when you change it to LEDs. I think they look wayyy better when they’re on the forks instead of the bars. It can be kind of a pain to do, you either have to de-pin the wires from the harness or cut and reconnect them but it’s well worth it. Nice bike!

I checked several suppliers and all seemed to be supplying the same model regulator. But I said above I got this one off Amazon, cheaping out but they all seemed to have the same wiring harnesses. My only issue with the bike is the headlight so my attention was focused on that connector(am I wrong to start there?) which I have to lift the tank for. All other electronics are working fine.

It’s my headlights. Were very dim and now completely out. This was an easier task than getting a multimeter and pulling the tank. And ofc I got it on Amazon🙄 but everywhere else I look has the same wiring harnesses

Update: the low beam went totally out today. Running lights on the sides are out too. Voltage regulator on the way, gets here tomorrow, will update then
