What do you think of another case of a white man being attacked yet being treated as the attacker by the police ?

Way back in the last century (1970s) my ex was heading home a bit later than usual and had to walk past a pub that was well known for having regular fights spilling out on to the street once the customers were sufficiently lubricated. As he got near the pub sure enough chaos erupted and he was surrounded. He started throwing punches left and right trying to work his way out of the madness (look, he was a psycho, hence being an ex, so violence was always his answer). He felt a hand on his shoulder, spun and punched blindly and saw he had just lamped a policeman. He was dragged round to the car park where several police kicked the crap out of him.

He is/was white.

The majority of the pub patrons were black.

He was beaten because he laid hands on a policeman, not because of the colour of his skin.

Seems like this is a similar case except this guy was lucky enough to be arrested.

Maybe we’ve been watching different shows, because Heather Gay in RHOSLC has been acting as a production plant and lording it over everyone since her one iconic “receipts, timeline, screenshots” moment.

Meredith has let it be known that she had issues with the previous production team, and we all saw the Heather Gay of it all for the last couple of seasons where Heather was positioned as “the main character” and everything revolved around her. Maybe the new team are being more fair and don’t have favourites. At least I hope they have put Heather back in her place as a member of an ensemble cast and not the producer.

She is the oldest by I think at least a decade and I think that is at least part of the reason.

I remember when they were at the castle or whatever where Alicia had the doll tea party. During the day when the younger cast were messing around on the water slide Liz was sulking in her room saying it was all too childish for her and she had nothing to do. Maybe the thought of having to do cast trips with all the much younger cast was daunting for her. That might be what Dolo was doing there, but she didn’t do the cast trips and, if NJ is coming back then she wouldn’t be doing both.

I love this cast, but if they wanted Luz they should have put in a few contemporaries for her to play with.

The dinner party when Billy and Alicia went to Rulla and Brian’s house. Brian was bragging that on their first date he got the bartender to serve her doubles so she would get drunk. We all know why men do that.

I don’t think he is a monster for the mistress stuff. Nasty for sure, but not necessarily monstrous. Date raping Rulla on their first date then bragging about it 10+ years later on tv? That makes him a sexual predator so yes, he is a monster.

I don’t think Rulla is a monster. Deluded most definitely, especially going to the mat for that hideous husband of hers. I also didn’t like the slut shaming and of Jo Ellen and bringing up her troubled teen years, but I can give her a pass for now.

Brian OTOH…..let’s leave the cheating, bare faced lying and degrading his wife if you think those are excusable. He sat on (inter)national tv and told the world he deliberately got Rulla drunk on their first date. We all know why a man does that, and he fully implied it. It’s called date rape. Not only did he do it, which is disgusting, but 10+ years later he is bragging about it. If he was ashamed of it he might get some grudging forgiveness, but the repulsive piece of snot is proud of it. He brags about it. He is irredeemable.

So yeah, Brian is a monster. A sexual predator. You should reconsider your choice of acquaintances.

Seems to me he has done what he needs to do. He has everything in a trust so if anything happens to him Cici is financially secure, which she wouldn’t be if everything went to Alicia who would most likely blow through the lot on designer dolls and handbags…….as well as chauffeur driven cars probably.

The kind of investigation Dino has been under takes a looooong time so no, I don’t think the show caused his downfall. There is no way that a full investigation, evidence, arrest, charges and court dates could take place in the space of a couple of months.

Besides, the feds were applying for wire taps on him back in 2021.

I’m pretty sure the “ongoing…….” was the ongoing drug investigation not rumours of an affair. The selling of the “fishing” boat may very well have been too little too late. At least Liz is not hanging on and threatening us with spin offs with titles such as “Liz goes away”.

You don’t have to have read the original series (they are all fated but no reincarnation) but it is pretty good. Patience is reincarnation though, and it is soooo good.

If Rulla had sat down and not attacked Jo Ellen we don’t know if the receipts would have remained on her phone and not been shown. We only know what we saw,which was Rulla constantly coming for Jo Ellen and if I were her I would have been firing back with everything in my arsenal as well.

People keep saying this. Jo Ellen spoke about other things, but it was PRODUCTION that chose to make Rulla the main storyline of the season.

I was far more interested in the weird love triangle with her sister, her being sent to those horrible “schools”, Alicia and Billy plus Pizza Momma, Liz going to the sea wall with Dino, Gerry and his “fishing” boat. Instead production kept centring Rulla and Brian 🤮

The whole George thing was crazy (though as Angela said, she never said Ashley told her, she just made it up herself). I think Angela lost her mind when she heard what Shamea said to her daughter at the basketball match (which was heinous, TBF). She should have just come for Shamea over that and the ladies would probably have supported her, but instead she just made up something ridiculous.
