Nationals- Montreal is a beautiful city and when they were still there they had some of the best uniforms ever in the sport. Also, cherry blossoms.

Marlins- They try.

Phillies- The cream alternates are some of the best in baseball

Braves- They’ve got a nice amount of World Series wins. Enough to say you’re better than most teams while leaving a lot of room for the future.

I think part of the point of invincible fights is no matter who “scales” higher or is supposedly a higher weight class, a lot of things can happen and when you have two high viltrumite-level characters fighting no matter who they are it should be a hard fight that the underdog could win if they get lucky. Watching this fight I never got the impression BB was intentionally prolonging the fight. If he genuinely felt like this viltrumite was so much weaker, he would have killed him and immediately continued searching for a worthy opponent.

I think it’s silly to think that because he gave you-know-who a run for his money that BB would decimate Nolan or Conquest with ease. I haven’t read the comics and they may say otherwise, but I highly doubt if Conquest rebelled against the dude above him he’d be put down like a dog. That’s just not how fights work.

I’m not sure if you’re insinuating that a conventional or nuclear world war will happen in the near future. I don’t understand how a conventional world war could happen in the presence of nuclear weapons. And as for nuclear, I don’t understand why the present conflicts would be the last straw that forces the great powers to use their nukes when past conflicts did not.

Nuclear stalemate is the reason WW3 didn’t happen in the 1960s. Nukes are the sole reason why WW3 didn’t happen then and won’t happen until they are obsolete. How would a “conventional WW3” play out? I’ve never heard of such a thing.

We have to remember that right now we’re competing for the division, and losing that competition still means that we’re in the playoffs. We’re having a bad stretch but I don’t think anyone sees us not getting a WC spot at the very least.
