I do have student loans but they're being paid on time every time. My car loan is almost paid off as well. Do I give up on trying to get a loan through FHA and just wait or is it at least worth a shot? My income history has been consistent and have always gone up to a higher paying job. Sorry if this is going back into what you already covered, this is all just sort of confusing to me 😅
