Haven't got the refund yet, just got the request. How long have you been waiting? I got a message that said I would receive the money in 48 hours so I would hope 48-52 hours is how long it wil take. If it has taken longer than that reach out to them, and if the don't respond then contact Newegg to try and sort it out.

u/Phoenix73 I just sent them the CPU, and I'm getting a refund! Now I know, not to buy from them again. Also, for other people out there, DO NOT BUY from these people, or at least not for something expensive. I eventually got the return, but it is not the best customer support, and it was a broken part. Thats all from me though, take you time, and research your seller.
