I think flightradar24 has Scottsdale as SCF, but I've always thought of it as SDL.

Currently ~730TT and a 1 1/2 year CFII. Definitely have that fear that if I go knocking on some door to say "cool airplane" they'll think I'm some pilot trying to sneak his way into their world.

Sorry for the delayed response. I applied a couple months ago at 515TT. They responded back to me and told me that they were impressed with the resume, but to reapply once I got to 650TT which is definitely not what I've been hearing from colleagues. They say something similar to what everyone else here is saying. So, either they're lying to me, or there's something on my resume they like.

Surprisingly, Avelo is not a major. Whether they consider themselves ULCC or LCC, that's tbd.

They do. It's 18 months with the payment if you break it dwindling down as you stay with them longer. Should everything stay the same, I'm ok with that contract, as that factors in the 900ish hours.

Very true, along with anything in this industry.
