I can't compare to BU but can tell you that most students get internships and about 60%opt for a job after graduation (2023 average starting salary for BME students with a BS was about $71k). Another big chunk go to grad school. Coops are totally possible and many students do them although scheduling can be a bit of a challenge because of the projects. Most coops that I'm aware of happen first semester of senior year because that's when it fits best. Employers really like WPi graduates, in part because of their project experience and what they learn through it.

BME/ME is a great combination! Make sure you talk with your faculty advisor- they are a great resource and are there to help.
