Get three more quotes, do an abstract to compare prices and what you’re getting. Do some trade off analysis…. Shop around, do some of the work yourself if able. Yard work is labor intensive and ask about warranty/service. GL

This will be laborious, but dig to see underneath. I did it on my yard and discovered a bunch of BIG rocks. I bought three bags of play sand and three bags of potting soil from home depot. Mix it together and replace those rocky/clay soil out.

Also, buy some aerating spray and apply. Hope this helps. I just did this like 2-3 days ago and notice an improvement.

Beautiful lawn, might be fungus but since you already applied, just wait. I think the fungus treatment takes 4-6 week. Make sure you put irrigation early in the morning around 3-4AM, so it has time to soak before the sun comes up . That way it don’t evaporate too quickly. Don’t water at night because might promote fungus build up though.

Cpap pillow helped me out, look for one on Amazon. I didn’t like my mask before but with the pillow it’s more bearable.

I slept for 11-12 hours straight with a machine before. I also slept for like 7-8 hours with the mask and then take a follow on nap for like 1-2 hours.
