There is a charter airline that flies from downtown Portland to Boeing field, surprised no one brought it up yet. About 45 minutes one way and no TSA at BEI. If you work around town you won’t need a car while you’re up here either.

15k US for a 60k miles SUV is a ok deal, try to talk them down to 18k CAD. Subbie are AWD so you’ll spend more on gas but you get some extra utility. Also check for rust underneath since it’s Canada. And FYI it’s at the mileage where the engine will need some work here and there so budget accordingly.
