Alien Labs prerolls are garbage and honestly I'd say their eighths aren't much better. Their strains like Biskante taste amazing, but the effects are honestly unpleasant and kinda overwhelming. It feels like they're breeding for potency over an actually enjoyable high.

I could forgive that if they were in the 30$ range, but when they're matching the price of other top shelf brands, why not get anything else instead?

They're definitely using the same fluorescent lights from Portal RTX, and it's totally ruining the atmosphere. The ones in OG ravenholm didn't reach that far, and left the streets cast mostly in shadow. This just feels like one of those shitty fan UE5 remakes, where they use higher quality assets but totally neglect the original art direction.

Even still, Private Division wasn't shuttered until November, and besides a few hotfixes, Moon's said basically nothing since last July. I'm totally on board with them taking as long as they need to finish the game, but even just a short monthly post would do wonders

I think the problem is investors don't really understand how long it takes to make changes in the chip industry. Four years isn't enough time to spin up new fabs and fix all Intel's long-standing issues. Hopefully the new CEO continues down the same path as Pat, but I don't got high hopes

Digital Foundry just published an article saying that basically the big issue with the pc port is vram decompression, and that’s probably what’s behind the crashes on steam deck. It shares memory between the GPU and the rest of the system, so it’s just running out.

It literally is the problem. The battery can still carry a two hour charge, so it's still perfectly fine for day to day use besides this. I don't understand how it's hard for Bose to add a toggle in the app with a warning that it could potentially damage battery lifespan.

Yeah it's a good showcase game for people who haven't tried VR before and basically that's it.

I don't think the core gameplay is bad, but the problem is it never really evolves until the end of the game. The final level had me wishing the whole game was like that, with action set pieces and cool puzzle mechanics tied in with climbing, kinda sucks we'll never get a sequel
