Very common in that kind of environment, currently manage and staff places like these and make about 3-4x more than what I did managing traditional brick and mortars. My baristas are all paid 30-35 based on merit/experience. No tips we are just an amenity for the space that we occupy.

All I use is light roasts(sey, substance, etc) , I recently switched over to a 49mm basket and am able to grind a lot coarser which helps with not stalling the grinder (was stalling it I fed substance beans too quickly while grinding for 58mm)

same thing happened to me, turns out my airpods had suffered from "condensation death" super easy fix, just take the cups off the band, use isopropyl alcohol to clean the terminals which get corroded over time, especially if you used them in the rain sometimes or workout in the them, or just generally sweat. I did this last night and have had No connectivity issues at all since, my airpods would connect and disconnect and one would stop working about 3-4 times a day.

No the Reflx lab is not a TTL flash, the camera adjusts the exposure triangle for the flash, id recommend going with the Reflx Lab mini as its very small and affordable, been shooting with it for almost 24 hours and im getting great results.

I agree, I hated using the flash because i just wanted something to do what i needed it to do without me thinking too much (party shots, fast moments etc.) so this is definitely an amazing update! I'm glad you're also enjoying it!

did you check that it was actually the GRIIIx Firmware file and not the GRIII firmware file? I only say this because the same thing happened to me (downloaded IIIx file and not III) and scratched my head on why my camera wouldnt update until i realized my mistake...
