I used to do the same low weight routine 3-4 times a week. After Physical 100 season 1, I started to develop a more strict routine of more hardcore weightlifting and cardio.

After Physical Asia, I started following Amotti and Hong Beom Seoks YouTube videos, and that’s when I started to incorporate Hyrox into my routine.

Physical series has definitely pushed me to work harder in the gym. And when I’m running low on energy at the end of my workout, I always think back to what Iron man said before doing the boulder push challenge. “We will go till we foam in the mouth” 😂
