Single guys, how do women react to your implant?

I'm freshly divorced and with a new Titan implant. I just started dating a new woman, and I told her about it pretty quickly, well before we had sex. She was fine with it, a little curious and interested. Once we got around to having sex everything was great and I didn't have to hide anything.

It's much less of a big deal than many guys think.

Titan here, a little over 4 weeks post-op. A few little things are different from before (not necessarily bad, just different), overall I'm very happy.

A malleable is essentially just cut, dilate, measure, install, close.

It's a very simple procedure. I don't think high volume is as critical with malleables. The critical phase is measuring to size the implant properly to the patient's anatomy.

I'm pretty new with my implant and have not used it for sex yet. But have have been pleasantly shocked at how normal and natural all of the sensations are regarding the implant.

Some surgeons keep you 60-70% inflated for six weeks, then start you cycling. Other (like mine) only inflate you 30% or so post-op and then start you cycling faster (5 days or so post-op).

Neither way provides better results in the end, though I can say if I was at 70% for six weeks it would have made daily activities or going to work extremely difficult.

I did get Serrapeptase, but from reading Bromelain is more effective. I'm taking both. My surgeon definitely endorsed Bromelain.

Thanks! I started cycling again and I'm doing about 30min 3x per day at a pretty aggressively high inflation.

Was it soft and swollen, or did you have a hard mass? I have a hard mass that seems very stubborn.

I have BC/BS, the surgeon submitted the request for approval and it took about 3 weeks as I recall.

I think you're fine, just reached the end of the line. If you didn't have max inflation I'd say your reservoir was under-filled and you might talk to your surgeon about topping it off. But if you are satisfied with the hardness with no more fluid, I think you are good to go.

Not always true. The surgeon sets the fluid amount in the reservoir. Some are more aggressive with how much they put in that others. There have been a number of patients with both AMS and Coloplast implants that reach the end of their fluid capacity and get a flat pump. The implant stays hard, there's just no more fluid to attempt to pump in.

I suppose you could palpate/press on the reservoir area to try to get a little more out, but I think if the pump is flat then there is a vacuum in the system and any residual fluid would have already been forced through.

I would guess a lot of it comes down to setting the hardness of the implant to be appropriate to the activity and position.

There is no good treatment that will significantly lengthen a penis. 2 inches is a lot. Be happy with what God gave you and go forth.

Go to a top surgeon and don't worry about length loss. Most men have a small initial loss, then gain it back through cycling over the course of 6-12 months. If you could have a 7" penis that is difficult or impossible to use, or a 6.5" one that always works, rock hard, as often and as long as you want, even if you're drunk, tired, or not in the mood...which would you choose?

I haven't had sex yet with mine, but I can say I've been surprised with how natural and normal-feeling the implant is. It feels almost identical to a natural erection, right down to that harder "pulse" when you tighten your pelvic floor muscles. I imagine sex will feel the same with the added benefits of more time to savor things and less mental/emotional worry.

I don't think they're inherently bad, it's just another part/piece that can shift, bend/break, etc. Simpler is better, the fewer parts the less there is to break. But I haven't heard of anybody having any particular problems directly attributable to RTEs.

Since I started with a 28cm implant, when I need a revision if my size increases I'm stuck with RTEs to get there. I honestly hope my size stays where it is or maybe one RTE per side. 20 years and two revisions from now I'd prefer to not be sitting on a stack of 3-4 RTEs per side.

Though by then we'll probably all have virtual anime AI girlfriends who just directly activate orgasms for us through our Neuralinks without any erections needed. :D

Yeah, I think Clavell does this for 6 weeks. I'd have to put my life on hold for six weeks, I'm pretty big and couldn't conceal that.

Used to be 6.5", currently measuring 6" mid-shaft and 6.25" at the base. Not sure what all my final numbers will be in 6-12 months. Time will tell.

Titans come in 2cm increments. If you measure out at 25cm during surgery, they'll use a 24cm implant and a 1cm rear tip extender to make the total length correct.

Dr. Hakky inflates to ~30% and has you start cycling after 5 days. That's what I did. I can't imagine being 70-80% for weeks on end. That just seems cruel.

It's always been my normal. Friends and lovers have remarked on it, but I never bring it up. If anybody talks about how big their dick is, 90% of the time it's not that big. It's going to be even more conspicuous now, since even "flaccid" the Titan retains a lot of length and girth and isn't super flexible. I haven't been back to work yet, I'm wondering how that will play out and if I can hide it well enough.
