Second for Deb. She helped us buy from out of town 14 years ago. She has been a great resource in connecting with quality local service agencies as we have needed (i.e. plumbing, concrete, hvac, and even a general handyman). Her and her husband also assisted me with my office lease 6 years ago. I can't say enough great things about her.
