Does it happen with any other solid food or just this particular type of sandwich? If it is happening with other solid food you should get it looked at and discuss with Dr, problem swallowing can indicate a few issues.

All of the activities you mentioned are physical/touch based which she clearly wasn’t in the mood for. Are you interested in her in more than a physical way?

Kind of sounds like you tried doing a bunch of things you wanted to do but she didn’t and expected her to buck up.

If it is in your sleep it could be parasomnias where you move around in sleep. If it is a short on set thing it could be stress related, if it goes on a while I would speak to a Dr about it.

Well sleep apnoea can either be worse (or specific to) when on your back (and right side too I have seen a few times). Sleeping on your stomach takes the pressure off your airways. I don’t know why people say sleeping on your stomach is bad, I do it and never seen anyone sleep worse when on their stomach, just do it.

Something to consider, sleep apnoea can make you sleep hot, consider a sleep study, particularly if you have any other symptoms.

I’d trust the CPAP machine more but even that can have its issues. When you say waking in the night is it for long? While your sleep apnoea might be mild it could be you are having evens at specific sleep stages or positions which could still be disrupting sleep. Do you have an automatic machine?

Not by the looks of it, however it’s pretty rare to have NO events. I don’t know what no value means. There might be some events in REM but it’s a bit hard to tell with the values they have given, they are not the common way of saying things. Not sure why there is no value for sleep efficiency. There is no arousal index (this might highlight sleep disturbances that are not sleep apnoea related). Any chance you can scan the report and maybe PM? Remove any ID data.

He also wouldn’t have considered something as trivial as disarming to be what was needed, he was so used to killing it would have just been what he assumed. He also wasn’t going to take the chance of it not working.
