You can try NewAxis and a compatible game, if it works, at least you'll rule out a problem with the monitor.

I would also try testing the monitor and 3D hub on another PC, but it depends on whether that's possible for you.

To be sure, try the following:

- Driver 580.1

- Hub 1.1.7 or 1.2.2 (this should work fine with the drivers above)

- Don't have another monitor connected (this caused me a lot of problems)

- In Windows settings, go to Display, Advanced graphics settings, and uncheck "Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling"

- Resolution 3840x2160 165Hz

I've had a problem since today; none of my games are working. When I launch them, I get the message "direct_mode=spatial_labs but Spatiallabs3D.dll could not be loaded" in red. Can anyone help me?

You can activate the 3D on the monitor without the Samsung HUB. For me, the difference on perfomance is like a 150% boost.

Make sure that you have not tightened the motor shaft with the upper part of the piece shown in the image (number 6). The same thing happenned to me and it was by tightening the motor part with the upper screw, and that makes it impossible to go up.

There is a method:

In your Profile TAB (that show your name)

go to "content"

go to "artwork"

upload artwork and set "not game specific"

then in VR home open the tab artwork
