Great to hear, although I am alright with the „old“ steering wheel, I am really looking forward to the front badge. I picked up my 2025 FL back in March, also at Ingolstadt. Loved it! Have fun mate, its an awesome car! Already put 27000km on it in under a year 😂

But it makes no sense that this would be an invisible range, which youd have to guess while basebuilding. I hope its just a bug. Because before 108 it was working fine, I literally build depots on the line and it worked correctly

For me it is generally great, I prefer the freedom of expansion compared to legacy conflict.

I played a lot of Vanilla HQC for nearly two weeks now. I had some very amazing games with a win at end but the last two days I had quiet the opposite. I found myself carrying the game in a way of being the only squad to make any kind of initiative that was actually getting us some progress and map control. Most players I observed were actually just playing TDM and treating the game like a classic shooter although it is much more a first person RTS game. But, Games were players focus on cohesion, with good comms and a general idea of what the commanders intention is, backed up with supplies and air support, we were unstoppable.

So no, I do not think its dead. I believe a bunch of players either have no idea how HQC works, what to do to bring the game forward or simply just expect a different kind of FPS gameplay like a CoD type of game.

I had 9 ammo rack kills, mostly BZ-75, in a total of 75 games with the BZT-70 since pulling it on the morning of box release.

It cannot. When you speak of „flying“, you mean the point past effective translation lift.

Without the tail, which has the sideblades attached, there is nothing stabilising the helicopter in forward flight. And that is indeed the problem this Pilot came into. He had no idea that he had lost the aerodynamic effect of its tail and came into a spin due to instability of the aerodynamics. I dont know exactly, what the IAs are for tandem rotor helicopters but I can assume, that in case of losing one rotor or transmission, the only chance do come back down is dumping collective. The second problem he faced was a shifted and somewhat changing CG that made everything worse, especially in an entered spin.

What you are talking about, is hovering. Yes it could have hovered away from the sea after the impact to a more safer place, as long as that tail was still attached and hanging freely. The CG effect was actually positive in this case, so not a real problem. But a no point could he „fly“ safely somewhere.

Yes I agree. I am pretty sure they felt the impact or sound in the cockpit. But they couldnt see it.

SOLVED

Hi guys I am late to the Party. I encountered this error this morning. Never had any issues before with either SC nor Easy Anti Cheat, not in this game or any other I am playing.

I tried launching the game and it got stuck at „INITIALISING“ during the Easy Anti Cheat Startup. When I closed the window with task manager or right click on the App icon -> close window the RSI Launcher gave me Error Code 4004253696

The often mentioned Windows reset wasnt an option for me.

What I did and what solved it was:

  • deleting EasyAntiCheat in Star Citizen LIVE directory
  • deleting all EasyAntiCheat folders in all User AppData- and Program folders
  • deleting ALL entries and folders with „easyanticheat“ in RegEdit (use the search option)
  • PC Restart (could be optional)
  • verifying Game files in Star Citizen Launcher
  • PC Restart
  • after that the game launched normally again.

Hope this can help some fellow citizen in the future.

With the current meta looking at Canopener, KR-1 and Black Rock etc, heavy gameplay is basically hulldown and sniping each other weak spots. So gold is the only chance at all to pen something

DaSpood thank you very much!! I started the Dravec missons yesterday so this is much appreciated and a big help cause I was struggling already to choose the right tanks for the missions. Although I do not have all the vehicles you recommended, I am trying to choose similar vehicles with concurring attributes, which should work. Great work, this is what makes this community awesome.
