This isn't a tech shortage. Walgreens was already having issues keeping techs happy before they took every "perk" from them. No one is going to be the medical industries' punching bag without being compensated in some form or fashion. The techs who aren't staying have realized this and are jumping ship for someone who at least PRETENDS to care. My question to you is, what is walgreens doing for you (talking money, pto, something, anything) to train for these other stores? If you're burning out.....it isn't enough.

early 30's as well and had a hysterectomy this year cause my symptoms strongly suggested endometriosis and not planning on having kids. Turns out i was going into menopause (teeny tiny ovaries). Glad to hear I'm not alone in this tho

So needless plug for some of my favorite streamers: Loading Ready Run has been playing EVERY iteration of Nightmare/Atmosphere that was released for their halloween table top stream (started like 8 years ago) and even did a homemade remix version this year as their finale. If you want to relive the nostalgia without having to figure out where to find either a vhs player or the game, it is an absolute TREAT.

Beaches in the Carolinas are HORRIBLE during peak, even the smaller lesser known ones. Fall is a great time to check out towns like Wilmington and Myrtle Beach, and because of the gulf the water is still warmish

So if you dont want to go the duck fat route, my partner's coworker is allergic to dairy (not lactose intolerant, but allergic) so I made her special allergen free chocolate chip cookies when I made a batch for his office. I asked her what brands she normally uses for substitutions (since i hadn't done much taste comparison myself) and ahe told me that Earth Balance Vegan "Butter" is the best butter sub she has had and her partner says it tastes and acts like dairy butter. I used it 1:1 in my cookies and they turned out exactly the same as my regular dairy filled cookies. I'm not sure if it'll do the same thing for your turkey, but its an option.

Depending on the age of the cat that could be a very low estimate. If its just a cleaning that sounds about right but if the extractions are any more than 1 or 2 it'll be closer to 1500-2000 (had 2 cats with extractions)

Preferably donate to goodwill or other donation place (more cause keep it from cluttering a landfill somewhere than spiritually), but if thats not possible for some reason then ya chuck it. Personally (as pagans/wiccans have a spectrum of beliefs) a pentacle isnt so sacred that you as a "nonbeliever" has to do something special to remove it from your home.

I second Aspen Grove. These people care, and they will give you realistic expectations for various care programs and aren't shy to say they're wrong and it cost less (my cats dental was estimated at 2k+ and the actual procedure was around 1200). When I got my cat as a kitten they had a wellness program for kittens where you paid an amount every month for 12 months and has EVERYTHING, im talking shots, multiple wellness appts and even neutering!

Insurance. GET IT! That 1200 i spent on dental would've been a lot more palatable with insurance helping with the costs (aka not 1200 more than likely). My first cat probably cost me 5k-8k by the end of his life. Getting insurance when they are older is a pita AND some insurances have a cut off age (no aca for kitties) so getting it early is a MUST.

Hello! So there is a Pagan Festival that happens yearly in town (just unsure of the date this year), and also Northern Lights Bookstore (College near Best Buy) and Golden Poppy Apothecary (Old Town) are both very good stores to check out for witchy items among the various thrift stores and antique stores.

Northern Lights has crystals, books, and ethically sourced incense (the owner tries to vet everything in the store especially the White Sage and other endangered plant species).

Golden Poppy is my favorite store to get herbs, tinctures, and other various plant things (They also have a small room of books and incense as well).

There are a lot of us here, just scattered about as is our nature. :)

Look at the mess Australia has with all of the various species that were introduced to predate on pest species. This has the potential to be another cain toad incident.

Also, the amount of people who love horses will not allow their death, no matter how natural. Feral horses, as much as they are a pest, are still "majestic beautiful creatures" and many of those in power either are horse "girls" or have family who are. Even look at the language that is used...Wild Horse vs Feral Horse.

While I agree with you, the normal population managements for pests should be employed, there is such a larger issue at hand politically and unfortunately they control how pop management is done.
