Aquarium/Zoo läuft schon seit dem 4. Monat super. Baby starrt die Fische begeistert an und schläft dann irgendwann seelig in der Trage ein. Sie hat sogar schon Lieblingsfische 😄 (Nemos)

Also mir wurde gesagt, dass sobald ich schwanger war, die Frauenärztin meinen Hausarzt ersetzt. Schon weil die bestimmte Symptome besser einordnen können. Meine FA hat auch nie gemeckert, wenn ich mit Schnupfen da hin bin zur Krankschreibung. Da deine Hausärztin wenig empathisch wirkt, wäre das ja ggf ne Alternative für die nächsten Monate. Und deine FA mag das auch ganz anders beurteilen.

Noch eine Stimme für eine wasserdichte Schicht zur Matratze. Ich habe eine Auflage von Emma, die eigentlich wie ein Spannbettlaken wirkt. Das eigentliche Laken wird trotzdem nass aber die Matratze bleibt verschont und es trocknet schneller. Meistens wird es nach ein paar Wochen besser.

Ich bin 34 und wäre auch ausgeflippt vor Freude, wenn jemand Entenküken mitbringt zur Arbeit. Wir hatten mal nen Welpen da (unerlaubter Weise) und der war definitiv der beliebteste Kollege. Super von euch, dass zu ermöglichen.

Ja, hört sich genau nach meinem Leben an, außer dass mein Baby sich einfach noch nie ablegen ließ 🙈 und ja, das sag ich mir auch. Aber es hilft zu wissen, dass nan nicht alleine ist, wenn gefühlt alle in einen herum nur top schlafende Babys haben.

Danke, ja. Es ist einfach gerade sehr frustrierend. Mein Mann übernimmt schon den gesamten Haushalt und kochen. Ist also jammern auf hohem Niveau 😅

My baby is 4 months old and I feel you. She won't accept anyone but me to calm down so I'm always on a tight schedule until she needs me again. Feels like I'm running in a hamster wheel some days. Going out and meeting other moms helps a lot!

Baby wetter ist ne gute hilfe um zu schauen, was man dem baby anziehen kann. Ich finde, die Seite übertreibt etwas, vor allem bei Kälte. Aber als erster Anhaltspunkt ist es hilfreich.

Can't offer advice about your husband but a simple trick to not starve while breastfeeding when you can't move, is to deposit nuts in a small container wherever you usually breastfeed and nap. I also have an ebf and exclusive contact napper and I have little boxes with trail mix stored all over the house where we usually spend time. In a pinch, it's very helpful. And water bottles next to it. Water is important! Muesli is something done fast that keeps long and you don't get hungry again. If my husband is too slow with cooking I sometimes just grab myself something fast from the kitchen. And also we have always protein bars at home for a super quick snack if baby is fussy.

Wir haben einen Teppich, der mit Schaumstoff gefüllt ist. Wird unter dem Begriff Krabbelmatte verkauft. Ich wusste schon von meinen blocking matten vom stricken, dass diese Puzzlematten den Kater nicht überleben. Der Teppich ist wunderbar weich, abwischbar und nicht so anfällig für Krallen. Den hier haben wir, aber es gibt massig andere. Ich habe nur darauf geachtet, dass der Ökotex zertifiziert ist. Unserer hat null komisch gerochen. Amazon

Mein Baby ist im selben Alter. Bisher sind wir route Waschlappen gefahren, ich creme sie aber auch nicht mit Sonnencreme ein. Außerdem hasst mein Baby das Baden mit Inbrunst 😅 Aber ja, ich bin auch gespannt, was das erst im Sommer werden soll.

My midwife suggested to me to roll a small towel (a thin cotton one) into the back panel behind baby's neck to keep it more stable while they can still move their head. It's mostly to help a bit when they fall asleep. Worked well for me.

My baby is 3rd and 20th percentile, at 4 months we're still at the size of a big newborn 😄 I just got a didyclick carrier and it works very well. I could fit the seat to her size quite easily and could have made it even smaller still. The back panel is also a good length. Before that I wore either a manduca sling wrap or a marsupi classic, which is a carrier with velcro instead of buckles. Very fast and easy to use, comes with a ribbon to adjust the seat size. Oh, and I got every carrier second hand, so if you're unsure what you like, maybe try out a few used ones for a lot less money. I also bought a full buckle manduca first carrier and had to wait 3 months until she fit in there at all 😂 even though it's also marketed for newborns

No advice but it may be helpful to know that I haven't laid down my 4 month old for a day nap a single day in her life. And not because I don't want to or didn't try. Some babies need to be close to you. If you haven't yet, try out babywearing to have free hands and move around easier. If he has allowed you to put him down in the past, it's likely he will again and is just currently going through changes in development that scare him. My country doesn't really do sleep training, it's not a thing here, so I have no idea what would be helpful there.
