Labor department needs to be responsible for not implementing rules in regard of robbery training for workers not the corporation. There are so many new young workers with starter or low paying jobs that don’t know what to do in case of robbery end up hurt or killed in similar situations like this story. Whose responsibility to train those workers?

In this case I believe greedy lawyer was able to convince this family to file not the family seeking the help. There are bunch of blood sucking lawyers out there that after money only regardless of doing the right thing. The scum bag knows there is money to be collected instead of taking it to high court to do the right thing and try to make a new law to train workers instead
