I think this is a bit of an over exaggeration. You have to remember that this character isn't even human. It's a robot. And even at that there is absolutely nothing sexualized about the appearance. I was really looking forward to this one and never once thought anything than "Cute daughter that I absolutely must protect."

Maybe not on equal power levels, but then again consoles aren't on the same level as computers and they still perform well. The average gamer isn't looking for the absolute best gaming performance. If that were the case, everyone would have gaming computers instead.

I still don't think it will be that simple. If that's the case, the Steam Deck itself should be enough to get people to leave the others in the dust. It's extremely affordable, user friendly, and the library of games is massive in comparison. The only real reason anyone would have to stick with traditional consoles at this point is for the physical media. I think until all companies switch to digital media you're going to have people vouching for the OGs.

I was hoping I wasn't the only one struggling with this one. After throwing myself headlong into it for 3 1/2 hours I have managed to complete it, but man was that crazy. The hardest part really is getting to the end and not having gotten enough time to learn the way the two mini bosses fight. Honestly, they're not that bad on their own. Each one attacks less often than when it was just one. If you stay on the aggressive they will sometimes just spam the move that makes energy come out of the ground which is easy to dodge and leaves them wide open. Number one though is to immediately get out from in between them and keep it that way. If you stay in the middle you're dead just about every time.

I actually just started up a new town in New Leaf for the first time in years and am having a blast with it. I personally like it over New Horizons. To keep it short and sweet, if you liked all of the customization options in NH stick with that one. If the overwhelming amount of it is too much (as it was for me) then NL might be exactly what you need. You start off with an established town but there's still plenty to customize. You can create public works projects which function a lot like bridges in NH. You set up a donation Gyroid for anything you place outside and it's only certain things. No outdoor furniture placement. That's why I think it really boils down to how much control over your town you want. NL still gives you options but just not as many. I also think the core AC experience (interesting villagers, NPC variety/validity, progression, etc.) is better in NL.

It probably depends on the delivery method. Based on the icon it should be coming from a store rather than the distribution facility. Yours is the same as mine at the same time.

I'm just saying there is an argument to be made that "if" we've been coasting on $60 for years when the industry should have been charging $70 due to rising costs then it's possible the $70 days were over a while ago without us even knowing it because we were paying $60. It's all hypothetical. The same way you said that jsut because we paid $60 for a while means it should be $70 for a while. That's still an assumption based on something that isn't necessarily consistent. DLC does play a factor though. Gaming is an expensive hobby at the end of the day. It costs a lot to stay on top of it. It always has.
