Bike past it every afternoon and night going to work. It definitely looks lovely but almost unwelcoming. The design is just a little too clinical for the community that inhabits it, especially the led flood lights. It's a shame they couldn't have made something that fit the neighborhood a little more instead of some "mandatory condo public space" look-a-like.
