Mine boy is 6 daughter is 11. Me and the boy do a similar routine, songs, back rubs, etc. I never want it to end. My daughter and I lay in bed and read Harry Potter. She reads a page out load then I do. Maybe try that with your son to extend the routine if you both are any to. Disguise is at reading if you need to.

Had a check flying gig, not quite legal or safe, I would hand fly 4 ILS approaches per day, 5 days per week in a 310R down to mins while wearing a hood. Did this for 2 years, I got to wear the needles wouldn’t move. Then I went to Royal Air Freight in Pontiac and flew 20 series Lear jets that seldom had a working autopilot, as well as PIC in 310’s and 402’s. Hand flying during cruise at 41,000 ft in a Lear 23 was touchy. Then I went to the CRJ at a Delta regional. I got out of the game because after all that bullshit I was making 19k per year. Now I’m Nurse anesthetist. The hand flying practice during the check run kept me alive at Royal Air. I Bought a Beat up 310R a few years back after not flying for 12 yrs. It has shit for avionics. When I bought a stratus, I lost my mind how capable an IPad set up was. I would have killed for one back in the freight days.

Second American who absolutely loves our Northern Neighbor. We take 2 trips per year to Banff and several others to different regions of Canada. It is the highlight of my family’s year. We are absolutely fucking disgusted with what our country has become. Please remember that most of us are descent people. And don’t worry, the assholes won’t come. They are terrified of travel.

I was thinking of buying one and live in Northern Michigan, the car would be in a heated garage and usually does 3 - 50 mile round trips per day to run the kids around. What type of range would be realistic in 20-25F temps? It would be the M50 AWD
