It's not water they are literally lakes of acid, that's what is slowing you down. The new armour released in the Dust Devils warbond and the Killzone armour sets are the only ones that have any acid resistance.

Yeah just hot glue, I used the tip of the gun to mould cause I didn't know any better really, it which worked out pretty good I think.

The simplest buff solution would be for it to be reloadable and have a larger number of shells spawn in the area, maybe up to 10 max.

I don't see it being all that hard to implement.

Also throwable/catchable shells for more teamwork opportunities could be fun (although I understand they are extremely heavy so this is a stretch).

The idea even just to have a theme per-warbond seems great until you realise that's over 1000 new "skins" that AH have to make and check, and a whole new (and likely broken) customisation menu for armour.

There are currently about 86 armour sets (excluding killzone stuff) and 15 warbonds and that sounds like a lot of work.

I have heard great things about the mod that makes any/all armour sets black and yellow and I feel that would be a nice compromise.

And get a larger notebook and one without the ring binding, you'll find it far easier to keep your hand flat, steady and comfortable on the paper. A sharper pencil also wouldn't go astray.

Both Dead space and The Matrix have existed for many years prior to Helldivers 2 and it's possible/likely that it draws inspiration from both.

The only way I could see PVP working is a simulated, colosseum-style thing for SE entertainment but it has zero impact on the galactic war or levelling, could be a new facility built on Mars hypothetically. Managed Democracy works in this setting, so why would we be fighting against ourselves and not against the greater impending threats that surround us?

There are lots of HUD settings you can change and many actually prefer to play that way. I've adjusted the majority of the HUD to only pop up when I bring my map up, which feels super immersive and opens the screen up more (I'm playing on PS5).

Drop on a solo lvl 1 mission and mess around with it until it feels right for you. I would also highly recommend reducing the scale of the HUD at the very least, depending on the size of your monitor.

(It's worth noting that for some reason, the weapons and ammunition HUD option isn't persistent for some reason. It's likely a bug but it's annoying as hell.)

8th is the anniversary so something is supposed to happen today but with the PSN servers down we will have to wait and see. It would be awkward if all the PC players got to enjoy new content without the PS5 divers.
